Custom gang sheets can take 3-6 business days, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. All sales are final. When you upload your customer order, please be mindful of the 3-6 business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. We will not issue a refund if you change your mind once the order is placed.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.

All images should be based on the following below:

-High Resolution PNG file

-300 DPI resolution

-Transparent background

We don't offer any artwork editing services.

RUSH FEES 

Rush Fees are available but based on workload. If a rush is available, you will see an option to pay for a rush order.

*All rush order fees are based on gang sheet amounts.

22x24 = 1 Gang Sheet
22x48 = 2 Gang Sheets
22x60 = 3 Gang Sheets
22X80 = 4 Gang Sheets
22x120 = 5 Gang Sheets

Example: If you order (4) 22x120 Gang Sheets, each 22x120 gang sheet size equals 5 gang sheets. This order has 20 gang sheets. The rush fee for this order would be $100.00.

You would add (1) $75.00 Rush Fee and (1) $25.00 Rush Fee to your cart to pay the $100.00 rush fee.

DTF Application Instruction

May be applied to Cotton, Polyester and 50/50 Blends
You will need a clamshell heat press and Teflon sheet.

Before applying your DTF transfer, press your shirt for 7 seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture.

TEMP: 310°F – 315°F

Cover with a Teflon sheet.

PRESS TIME: 8-10 seconds with medium pressure.

PEEL: Allow the transfer to cool (approximately 30-45 seconds).

Gently remove the film from the shirt. Grab at one corner and slowly pull the film from the design. Note: If you notice the image is still attached to the film, stop and return the shirt to the heat press. Repeat the process.

*Second Press: Return the t-shirt to the heat press, cover the design with Teflon sheet, and press for an additional 8 - 10 seconds.
