DTF APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
DTF Application Instruction
May be applied to Cotton, Polyester and 50/50 Blends
You will need a clamshell heat press and Teflon sheet. Cricut EasyPress is not recommended.
Before applying your DTF transfer, press your shirt for 7 seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture.
TEMP: 310°F – 315°F
Cover with a Teflon sheet.
PRESS TIME: 8 - 10 seconds with medium pressure.
PEEL: Allow the transfer to cool (approximately 30 seconds).
Gently remove the film from the shirt. Grab at one corner and slowly pull the film from the design. Note: If you notice the image is still attached to the film, stop and return the shirt to the heat press. Repeat the process.
*Second Press: Return the t-shirt to the heat press, cover the design with Teflon sheet, and press for an additional 8 - 10 seconds.
WASHING SHIRT: Wait 24 hours to wash. Wash on cold inside out – Line dry.
